Happy new year to everyone, I hope your resolutions are going well.
First of all, apologies everyone, I was meant to write this 4 weeks ago but December has flown by I’ve been distracted by the festivities! Here’s a quick round up of the AGM – the fun bits!
A massive thank you to everyone who came, I think it may have been our biggest turn out to date with over 70 members which is great.
Congratulations to all our prize winners, it’s great to see a range of winners and plenty of new names. All the prize winners are listed here.
Our cake off was a huge success, well done to everyone who made the effort to bake an entry, they were all amazing. Big congratulations to Ruth Newman who was the overall winner with her Tri bars and is now the proud owner of the ATC winners apron (Ruth we think you should publish the recipe!) also congratulations to Mark Thomas whose themed bake won him the Wooden Spoon prize.
The raffle was another great success. A big thank you to all those who donated prizes, I think you will agree they were all fantastic and we hope you are making the most of them. I would like to personally thank everyone who purchased raffle tickets and the following people for their donations, time and effort which helped the club raise £306.80, this money goes directly to the club find which will help us with costs towards courses and equipment for the coaches.

Last of all but not least big thank you to you all for coming and making it a fantastic night also to the committee for the beautiful flowers. I look forward to planning more social and fundraising events in 2017 … and I might even squeeze in some training sessions!
