Training

Wait… swim, cycle AND run?

In the same day?!

Making the ‘transition’ into triathlon from any sports discipline or even from doing zero training can seem a bit daunting, but it’s easier than you may think.

In fact, you could be ready for your first triathlon in just 12 weeks if you’re starting out. And us triathletes come in all shapes and sizes.

At Ashford Tri club we range from absolute beginners to members who have taken part in triathlon on behalf of Team GB. The training sessions see a mixture of all of us taking part and it’s hugely supportive.

Whether you’re a weather beaten, seasoned pro or a nervous newbie – if you’re thinking about it why not just come along to one of our sessions as a guest, meet the other members and see what you think.
