Weekly Training Sessions

Monday 4th December 2017
Run Training Session
Time: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Location: Julie Rose Stadium
Lead Coach: Adey Porter
Coaches notes on the session: Please meet outside Podplus next to the track and sign in. This is week 2 of our 6 week plan to improve speed. Session is suitable for all abilities. Please note there will be a two-week break at Christmas. There will be no run on the 25th December 2017 or the 1st January 2018. Run sessions will recommence 8th January 2018.

Tuesday 5th December 2017
Swim Training Session
Time: 8pm-9pm
Location: Ashford Girls School
Coaches notes on the session: This will be a fully coached session concentrating on improving technique and your stroke efficiency. Please can people bring pull buoy, paddles and fins if they have them. Suitable for all abilities.

Thursday 7th December 2017
Run Training Session
Time: Meet at 6.50pm for an hour’s session
Location: Julie Rose Stadium
Coaches notes on the session: This will be a coached run on the paths and pavements around the Julie Rose Stadium. This session is suitable for all runners and slower/novice runners are very welcome. Please wear hi-viz or bring a head torch… or both.

Sunday 10th December 2017
Sunday Club Ride
Time: Ready to ride at 9am
Location: Meet at the Julie Rose Stadium
Cycle Lead: Becca Harry
Session Details: This will be a novice friendly ride starting from the Julie Rose Stadium. All riders must wear a cycle helmet. Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring a drink, equipment to mend a puncture and a pump. Usual club etiquette, no drops.
