Run Training Session
Time: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Location: Julie Rose Stadium

Coaches Notes on the Session: Please meet outside Podplus next to the track and sign in.
I am covering the session this week at the Julie Rose for Adey. I am looking forward to putting you all through your paces. Come and try something different. I guarantee you a hard but fun session. If you have never tried a track session come and give it a go. Suitable for all levels and capabilities.

Swim Training Session
Time: 8pm-9pm

Wednesday 18th April 2018
Strength and Conditioning
Time: 7pm to 8pm
Location: The Elwick Club
Session Details: Strength and Conditioning: 7:00 pm at The Elwick Club. Lasting about 1 hour, suitable for all standards of triathlete; exercises are designed by British Triathlon and specific for our sport. Please bring a mat if you have one and water. Drinks at the bar afterwards!

Run Training Session – Bluebell Runs
Time: Meet 6.45pm
Location: Kingswood Top Car Park

Sunday 22nd April 2018
Sunday Cycle – London Marathon Special
Time: 9am
Location: Ham Street Village Car Park
Cycle Lead: Becca Harry/ Keith Russell
Session Details: Ride suitable for any speed/novice rider as well as intermediates. It will be a 26.2 mile circular route from Hamstreet with the option of an extra 10 afterwards by prior arrangement if people need the miles to build up for upcoming sportives. Rider Level: Novice-Intermediate. Aiming for a 12-13mph average. Can split into 2 groups if needed. All riders must wear a cycle helmet. Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring a drink, equipment to mend a puncture and a pump.
