Sunday 22nd October 2017
Group Cycle – Brunch Ride
Time: Ready to ride at 9am
Location: Meet outside the Woolpack Inn at Warehorne
Cycle Lead: Alex Keenan
Session Details: Social ride for about an hour and a half. Nobody gets left behind. Brunch afterwards at the Woolpack, please remember to bring some money. All riders must wear a cycle helmet. Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring a drink, equipment to mend a puncture and a pump.

Monday 23rd October 2017
Run Training Session
Time: 7pm to 8pm
Location: Jemmett Road Entrance of Victoria Park
Lead Coach – Adey Porter
Coaches Notes on the Session: This will be our last session at Victoria Park before moving to the new winter venue so we are going to make full use of the hill. Suitable for all abilities. Please bring a head torch and wear hi viz gear.

Tuesday 24th October 2017
Swim Training Session
Time: 8pm-9pm
Location: Ashford Girls School
Swim Coaches: Max Ransley, Lynne Oliver, Adey Porter and Paul Barron
Coaches Notes on the Session: We will be continuing to strip down the stroke and look at the basics again. This week we will be looking at rotation. Please can people bring pull buoy, paddles and fins if they have them. Suitable for all abilities

Thursday 26th October 2017
Run Training Session
Time: Meet at 6.50pm for an hour’s session
Location: Julie Rose Stadium
Lead Coach: Paul Barron
Coaches Notes on the Session: We shall be concentrating on technique and endurance for an hour. Please wear hi-viz or bring a head torch… or both. Suitable for all abilities.

Sunday Club Ride
Time: Ready to ride at 8am
Location: Meet at the Julie Rose Stadium
Cycle Lead: Blaine Epsley
Session Details: This will be a 50mile ride with some hills and a coffee. All riders must wear a cycle helmet. Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring a drink, equipment to mend a puncture and a pump. Usual club etiquette, no drops.
