Monday 15th January 2018
Run Training Session
Time: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Location: Julie Rose Stadium
Lead Coach: Adey Porter
Coaches Notes on the Session: Please meet outside Podplus next to the track and sign in
This is week 6 of our 6 week plan to improve speed and will be a timed 1km run. Session is suitable for all abilities.

Tuesday 16th January 2018
Swim Training Session 
Time: 8pm-9pm
Location: Ashford Girls School
Swim Coaches: Ruth Newman, Amanda Bashford, Blaine Epsley and Alex Keenan
Coaches Notes on the Session: £5 members £6 non-members. If your new years resolution was to learn how to swim properly instead of just ploughing up and down the lanes then our coached sessions are for you. At this stage of the season we will be concentrating on technique rather than speed so sessions are suitable for all levels.
It would help if you had fins, paddles and pull buoys but no worries if you don’t. See you there.

Wednesday 17th January 2018
Strength and Conditioning Session
Time: 7pm to 8pm
Lead Coach: Paul Barron
Location: The Elwick Club
Session Details: Ideal for all abilities. Bring a Yoga type mat if possible, a drink and towel. Please note that all attendees have use of the bar at the Elwick club afterwards, please remember to bring some money for a drink.

Thursday 18th January 2018
Run Training Session 
Time: Meet at 6.45pm for an hour’s session
Location: Julie Rose Stadium
Lead Coach: Paul Barron
Coaches Notes on the Session: This session is suitable for all levels of ability and will be an hour’s run around the paths and roads of Ashford. Headtorches and bright/reflective clothing recommended

Sunday 21st January 2018
Sunday Brunch Cycle
Time: Ready to ride at 9am
Location: Meet outside the Woolpack Inn at Warehorne
Cycle Lead: Alex Keenan
Session Details: Social ride for about an hour and a half. Nobody gets left behind. Brunch afterwards at the Woolpack, please remember to bring some money. All riders must wear a cycle helmet. Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring a drink, equipment to mend a puncture and a pump.
