Monday 18th February
Run Training Session
Time: 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Location: Julie Rose Stadium
Lead Coach: Adey Porter
Coaches Notes on the Session: This week will be pyramid intervals. Suitable for all abilities.
Please meet outside Podplus next to the track and sign in.

Tuesday 19th February
Swim Training Session
Time: 8pm-9pm
Location: Ashford Girls School
Coaches Notes on the Session: This week we will continue our technique work with a combination of drills and intervals. Please bring fins, paddles and pull buoys if you have them. Session suitable for all levels. £5 for members, £6 for non-members.

Thursday 21st February
Run Training Session
Time: 6.50pm for 7pm start.
Location: Julie Rose Stadium car park
Lead Coach: Paul Barron
Coaches Notes on the Session: This session will focus on great technique and fitness. Please wear hi-vis or light colours or head/body torch. Session will last for 1 hour and is suitable for all runners.

Sunday 24th February
Club Ride
Time: 9am
Location: Julie Rose Stadium
Ride Leader: Adey Porter
Notes on the Ride: Ride suitable for any speed/novice rider as well as intermediates. Route to be confirmed.
All riders must wear a cycle helmet. Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring a drink, equipment to mend a puncture and a pump.
